Pay Range: Commission based position with salary during the training period-average earnings are $40,000-$75,000 with no limit on success. Top performers can earn $100,000 plus.

Position Summary: The Designer/Sales Associate has the ability to listen to customers’ needs, discuss furniture options, layouts and has the ability to discuss and present design ideas. The ability to coordinate styles of furniture, fabrics and wood finishes together are desired skills. We offer a fun, casual working environment in which we enjoy helping people fill their desired furniture needs.

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Greet and Welcome Customers

· Develop and grow knowledge with our ever changing array of products

· Leading, guiding and assisting our customers throughout the entire purchase process

· Develop and maintain customer relationship during and after initial purchase

· Acquire the knowledge and become proficient in the use of our software system, Storis

Experience/Qualifications

· Excellent sales and communication skills

· Designer education and certificate(s) an advantage, but not required

· Scheduling flexibility

· Basic computer skills such as typing, using email, navigating websites, price lists and learning our software system are required
